Dispute Resolution Process
Any dispute arising from the use of 9http.com shall be resolved in accordance with the following dispute resolution procedure: If you have any questions or concerns regarding our services, please contact the 9http.com customer support team at support@9http.com. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist you with refunds, cancellations, and related inquiries.
1.1 Refunds and Proxy Remedies
The services provided by 9http.com primarily consist of intangible and irrevocable global proxy services. As such, once an order is confirmed and the service is delivered, we do not offer direct refunds. However, recognizing that unforeseen issues may arise during service usage, we have established the following proxy remedy measures.
1.2 Proxy Remedies
Given the inherent variability of proxy IPs, we offer complimentary compensation for IPs that cannot be used properly. For instance, if an extracted proxy IP is unusable or of unsatisfactory quality, we will credit the balance back to your account upon receiving your feedback, with no deductions. Charges apply only to IPs that function correctly.
For the same account, only the first refund may be processed through the original payment method; all subsequent refunds will be credited to your account balance and can be used toward other purchases. Thank you for your understanding!
The handling fee rules for the first original-route refund are as follows:
- No handling fee for refunds credited to the account balance;
- Alipay refund: 3% of the order amount (a minimum fee of 0.5 USD applies if the calculated fee is less than 0.5 USD);
- Credit card refund: 5% of the order amount (a minimum fee of 0.5 USD applies if the calculated fee is less than 0.5 USD);
- USDT refund: a fixed handling fee of 2 USD.
1.3 Situations Where No Refund Will Be Given
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Customer account is frozen or suspended: If the customer's account is frozen or suspended due to violation of laws and regulations or our terms of service, we will not refund.
- Violation of use obligations: If the customer violates the obligation to properly use the 9http.com system or service stipulated in our terms of service, they will not enjoy the right to refund.
- Data transfer has been initiated: After the customer purchases the service through the customer dashboard, if the transmission or reception of data has been initiated, it will be deemed that the service has been used and no refund will be given.
1.4 About Return Shipping
As the services provided by 9http.com do not involve physical goods, return shipping does not apply.
